​Welcome to Health Been! We are committed to delivering your favorite health bowls, juices, and smoothies as fresh and fast as possible.
​1. Delivery Area
​Currently, we serve a specific radius of 9 kilometers from our kitchen location.
​Before placing an order, please ensure your delivery location falls within our service zone. If your location is outside this radius, the app may not accept the order.
​2. Delivery Timelines
​Instant Freshness: Every order is prepared fresh. Our average delivery time is between 20 to 40 minutes, depending on your distance from our kitchen and traffic conditions.
​Operating Hours: Delivery is available during our standard kitchen hours (as shown in the app). Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for the next opening slot.
​3. Shipping Charges
​Standard Delivery: A nominal delivery fee may apply based on your distance to cover fuel and handling.
​Free Delivery: We offer Free Delivery on orders above a certain value Check your cart for the latest offers!
​4. Self-Delivery Excellence
​To ensure the highest quality and temperature control of our salads and beverages, we manage our own delivery fleet. Our team is trained to handle your food with care.
​5. Tracking Your Order
​You will receive real-time updates on your app once your order is Confirmed, Prepared, and Out for Delivery.
​You can contact your delivery partner directly via the app once the order is dispatched.
​6. Delivery Policy & Coordination
​Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
​Our delivery partner will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at your doorstep. If the customer is unreachable, the order will be marked as "Delivered" (for prepaid orders) or "Cancelled" (with a penalty for COD) to avoid food wastage.
​7. Unexpected Delays
​While we strive for punctuality, factors like heavy rain, extreme traffic, or technical issues might cause slight delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed via call or notification.
