Cancellation Policy
​Thank you for choosing Health Been. Because our juices, smoothies, and salads are prepared fresh immediately after an order is placed, we have the following policy in place:
​1. Cancellation Timeframe
​Instant Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it through the app without any charges.
​Preparation Phase: Once the kitchen has accepted the order and started preparation, cancellations will not be permitted, and no refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
​2. How to Cancel
​To cancel, go to the 'My Orders' section in the app and select the "Cancel Order" button (only available within the 5-minute window).

​3. Cancellation by Health Been
​On rare occasions, we may have to cancel your order due to:
​Items being out of stock (e.g., specific seasonal fruits).
​Unavailability of delivery partners or extreme weather conditions.
​The delivery address being outside our 9km service radius.
​In such cases, a 100% refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
​4. Failed Delivery (Deemed Cancellation)
​If our delivery partner arrives at your location and is unable to reach you after multiple attempts (calls/messages), the order will be marked as a "Failed Delivery."
​Since the food is perishable and cannot be reused, no refund will be provided for prepaid orders in this scenario.
​For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the user may be restricted from using COD for future orders.
​5. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
​If a cancellation is successful within the allowed timeframe, the amount will be credited back to your original payment source (UPI, Card, or Wallet) within 5-7 business days.
